I understand there are inherent dangers in riding OHVs. I also understand and agree that I am solely responsible for my own medical, accident, property damage or other liabilities while participating in any Sevier Valley OHV Club activities and agree to hold harmless it's officers, sponsors, members, volunteers, land management agencies, guides and any others who help organize our events from any liability resulting from participation in Club activities. By submitting this form, I agree to the above and I and my family will also abide by the by-laws of the Sevier Valley OHV Club.
